What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technology Infrastructure Cloud Server team to modernize, optimize and secure our cloud and server environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining cloud, servers, operating systems, and core infrastructure applications to ensure they are running at peak performance and reliability
- Monitoring system performance, analysing logs and system data, and implementing solutions to address issues and prevent future problems
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's systems and data from unauthorized access and breaches
- Deploying and configuring new systems and software, and ensuring they are integrated with existing infrastructure and systems
- Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and troubleshooting
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, and software

Who are you?
- You have worked as IT Support, Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer - preferably for an enterprise or managed services provider
- You are proficient in Microsoft technology, both on premises and cloud - including but not limited to AD, AAD, Azure, Windows Server, CA, DFS and Print Services
- You have experience in virtualisation technology, including host, storage and virtual machine configuration
- You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
- You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
- As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
