Responsibilities:
- 1. Participate in the start-up evaluation of new projects, identify the reliability failure modes existing in the project and lead the improvement, meet the customer's reliability requirements for the product to ensure that the customer's system end has no quality risks
2. Target pass rate, scrap rate, provide the quality of similar products and improvement methods
3. Assist team engineers to implement quality improvement plans to achieve product quality goals
4. Responsible for the final stage of project development products, Appearance confirmation
5. Fully responsible for making judgments on the quality standards of products and production processes, and issuing samples to determine acceptance standards
6. Responsible for tracking and verifying the effect of product control and improvement

- Job requirements:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, optical, electronic machinery related industries
2. More than 5 years Work experience in quality management, familiar with the management of all quality modules
3. Familiar with the tools and methods of quality management
4. Have a good sense of responsibility, communication skills and teamwork skills
5 , English and Japanese oral skills are preferred.
