Role Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the GFT APAC team and help build our rapidly expanding business, while striving to ensure world-class technology solutions and services are realized by our clients.
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be daily responsible for HR operations including HR admin, employees’ contract and appendix, payroll data and employee’s policies and benefits, and other HR functions.
In addition, you would be expected to answer employees’ questions regarding HR procedures and processes.
1. In charge of onboarding & off-boarding processes for GFT employees
- Employment Contract
- Create & manage employee data on HRIS
- Manage employee’s probation reviews & renew employment contracts
- Work with external vendor to manage visa/ work permit/ TRC/ custom clearance etc for expat employees & clients
2. HR reports & HRIS
- Prepare weekly/ monthly/ quarterly HR reports when required
- Prepare monthly payroll data
- Update employee data to HRIS
- Co-ordinate with HR global team to test & implement new features to GFT’s HRIS
3. HR Engagement & Admin
- Support to organize employee’s engagement activities.
- Answer employees’ daily enquirires
- Other tasks assigned by line manager or management team
Required Education & Experience
- Graduated from university or higher level, major in Human Resource, Law, Economics, Business Administration or different related fields
- Have at least 3 experience years in similar positions, prefer candidates that have experience in diversified foreign-invested companies, business majors in IT, software, bank, etc.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excels both in independent work and collaboration
- Good command of English
- Solid communication skills
- Calm and people-oriented
- Takes initiative to implement necessary changes
